Trends That Turned Heads in 2025 and What’s Heating Up for 2026 🔥

If there’s one word we’d use to describe this past year, it’s wow.

This year challenged us to think bigger, design bolder, and challenge the status quo for corporate events. We watched ballrooms turn into works of art, brands come alive in unexpected ways, and guests walk into spaces that made them stop mid-sentence and say, “Wow, this is cool.”

In this issue, we’re taking you inside our favorite moments from the year—the installations that stopped traffic, the colors that stole the show, and the trends we believe will shape events well into 2026.

Grab a coffee or something bubbly. Let’s talk about what made this year unforgettable and what’s next.

This year was art-forward in the best way.
From oversized gears that physically connect tables to giant guitars towering over guests and stained-glass stages, our teams leaned into storytelling through scale, texture, and movement.

Our approach is never to just pick out décor and piece it together. We’re designing conversation starters, photo magnets, and brand statements rolled into one. If you believe events should feel like immersive art galleries (we do), you’ll love our video montage below.

Say hello (again) to Emerald—Pantone 17-5641. This rich, luminous green has long symbolized luxury, growth, renewal, balance, and harmony. While it famously held the title of Pantone Color of the Year back in 2013, we’ve seen Emerald surge back into the spotlight this year. We’re confident it’s here to stay through 2026.

Why Emerald? It plays beautifully across industries. It’s bold without being loud, luxurious without being flashy, and grounding in a way that makes you feel balanced. Think soft emerald up-lighting, green-stained cocktail glasses, mint and emerald candy stations, or succulent, fern and ivory rose centerpieces. No matter how it’s used, emerald brings elegance to any space.

Here’s what we see shaping the next wave of unforgettable experiences:

1 – Holographic 3D LED Fans Take Off:
If you’re looking for a show-stopping way to showcase your logo or messaging, meet your new favorite tech. Holographic 3D LED fans create floating visuals in midair as their blades spin—transforming logos, animations, and graphics into jaw-dropping moments guests can’t ignore. 2 – Nature (and Leaves) Grow in Popularity:
Expect to see greenery move from accent to feature. Think champagne walls covered in cascading leaves, immersive foliage backdrops, or “create your own bouquet” stations where guests design a take-home arrangement. Nature brings calm, beauty, and a sense of grounding that today’s attendees crave.

3 – From One Room to Entire Buildings:
Why stop at transforming a ballroom when you can transform the entire building? 3D projection mapping is pushing events beyond four walls by turning exteriors into living, breathing canvases. Imagine fireworks blooming just outside the windows, a light show synced to live symphony music, or fresh snow cascading down the building façade. It’s immersive magic and it works year-round.

4 – Wellness Gets Guests Moving:
Attendee well-being isn’t slowing down, but it is evolving to offer more exciting options. Yoga sessions, line dancing, and fun runs are becoming built-in networking opportunities. They break the ice, get people energized, and foster genuine connection (all while sneaking in those steps).

5 – AI Photo Experiences Allow Guests to Be Imaginative:
Strike a pose then watch the moment transform into something new. AI-powered photos turn guests into cartoon characters, superheroes, or place them into entirely different settings. It’s cutting-edge, wildly shareable, and guaranteed to spark conversation, laughs, and social buzz.
