Carnival Heats up the Orlando Event Scene

Brazil Carnival

Creative Party Planners & Event Production in Orlando

The warmth of bold hues, the pulsating sounds of parades, the heat of the night…Carnival has invaded Orlando!

Best known for intricate costumes, wild celebrations and vivacious crowds, Carnival served as visual inspiration for this Annual Real Estate event. Located in beautiful Central Florida, the Lake Nona Country Club sprawls over many acres making this Orlando venue the perfect outdoor space to bring the Rio event to life!

To begin the concept process, the designers at Sublime Event Design sketched blueprints guiding their imaginations to channel Brazilian tradition. They pulled in inspiration from the South American country by intertwining their colors and culture into the event.

Draped in ruby, tangerine and gold tones, the Orlando team built canopies to create a partially enclosed space -a feat not always easy in an outdoor venue. These free standing structures stood 16 feet tall and spanned over the 90×100 foot area. Outlined with the glow of market lights the canopy complimented the surrounding natural elements.

Other design details of this carnival themed event included rounded structures wrapped in burnt orange and rimmed with additional lit accents. The 8ft tall architecture created a tunnel like illusion lining the auburn shaded circular dance floor. The design strategy of the rounded patterns was to draw the guest into the center of the event and create a focal point.

While guest dinned on Brazilian cuisine they were entertained by lavish Carnival entertainment acts adorned in traditional garb.

A carnival themed event would not be complete without the electrifying sounds of South American music. To create an authentic street fair vibe with a hint of technology, tones of Rio were synced up with video projection resulting in a pulsating atmosphere.

Just like the Brazilians’, we know how to give vibrancy to an event! For additional information on this event or to schedule an appointment, please contact Sublime Event Design.
